AssalamoAlikum,l made these cones and fill them with spicy filling instead of usual cream.Loved by my family a lot😋

Orange for carrots front
Brown for carrots back and chicken
Green for cooked capsicum present in filling

Ingredients

  1. Halfkg flour
  2. 1 (11 g)yeast sachet
  3. 2 teaspoonbrown sugar
  4. 2 tablespoonoil
  5. 1 teaspoonsalt
  6. warm water for kneading
  7. 1 cupwater for yeast
  8. 1medium size sliced tomato
  9. 1medium sized sliced capsicum
  10. 1medium size sliced onion
  11. 1 tablespoonrosemary
  12. 1 cupchicken chunks
  13. Halfcup cauliflower cut length wise
  14. 1 cupwater for chicken broth

Cooking Instructions

    .For yeast,in a pan make water warm and add brown sugar and yeast sachet.
    2.Cover it and place in a hot and humid area for 10 minutes
    3. In a large pan add flour,salt,oil and bloomed yeast and knead with warm water to make a dough
    4.Cover it tightly and place in a warm place for 1 hour for the dough to rise.Preheat the oven to 190C and oil a rectangular pan
    6.Cut the risen dough into two.
    7.Make one half into rectangular shape and cut it into strips.

    Take the metal cones and fold the strips on to it
    9.Place it on to a pan grease with oil
    10.Apply egg wash adding afew drops of orange color
    11.Bake it in a preheat oven for 15 minutes.

    In a large pan add oil,with chicken,tomatoes,capsicum,onions,stir it for few minutes until chicken changes color.Add 1 cup of water and cook it for 10 minutes on low flame.Dry the water

    Fill the cones with the mixture and enjoy with ketchup😋
