Ingredients

3 servings
  • 6 clovesgarlic
  • 1medium size onion
  • 1 halftsp. pepper powder
  • halfcup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cupvinegar
  • 2tbsps. white or brown sugar
  • 1 cupwater
  • 15medium size diced tokwa (tofu)
  • 500 gramschicken breast cut into medium pieces
  • cooking oil (for frying and sauteeing)

Steps

  1. 1

    Fry diced tofu until brown.

  2. 2

    Saute garlic until brown then add onions.

  3. 3

    Add chicken pieces. Stir fry until brown and cooked.

  4. 4

    Add soy sauce, vinegar, chicken seasoning, sugar and pepper powder. Let it simmer for 5 minutes.

  5. 5

    Add water and fried tofu. Let it simmer for 5 minutes.
