Ingredients

  1. 250 gmsbig green chillies
  2. 6_8 tomatoes
  3. Fresh dhania
  4. 1/2 cupoil
  5. 1_2 tsp tatri
  6. 1 tspsalt
  7. Spice
  8. 1 tsphaldi powder
  9. 1 tspzeera
  10. 3-4 tbsp dhania powder

Cooking Instructions

    Wash and dry chilies, cut them in slits /lengthwise, cut tomatoes n dhania

  2. 2

    In a pan /wok put oil, zeera, put tomatoes, haldi, dhania powder n salt and green chillies. Cook it on medium heat and then on low heat covered.

  3. 3

    Add tatri powder in it and mix it, let it cook till chillies are tender and tomatoes fried oil comes up, Add remaining dhania, do check salt and sourness, you can add more.

  4. 4

    It can be kept in fridge for 4_5days. Serve with aalo tahari,, Khichri, daal chawal, or just with paratha or roti.
