اسپاگیٹی کو 2 کھانے کے چمچ آئل اور 1 چائے کا چمچ نمک ڈال کے ابال لیں۔ اور ابلنے کے بعد ٹوکری میں ڈال کے پانی نکال دیں اور ٹھنڈا پانی ڈالین۔ اور سائیڈ پر رکھ دیں

چکن میں تکہ مصالحہ، ادرک ،لہسن کا پیسٹ،مکس ہرب،کالی مرچ، سفید مرچ، ادرک، لہسن کا پائوڈر،سویا ساس، ہاٹ چلی ساس، ڈال کے میرینیٹ کریں اور آدھے گھنٹے کے لیے رکھ دیں۔

اب پین میں آئل ڈالیں گرم ہونے پر چکن ڈال دیں اور درمیانی آنچ پر اتنی دیر پکائیں کے پانی بھی خشک ہو جائے اور چکن ٹینڈر بھی ہو جائے۔اب اس میں لمبائی میں کٹا ہوا پیاز ڈال کے 3 سے 4 منٹ تک پکائیں۔ اب اس میں لمبائی میں کٹی ہوئی ساری سبزیاں ڈال کے 5 سے 6 منٹ تک پکائیں پھر ابلی ہائی اسپاگیٹی ڈال کے مزید 4 سے 5 منٹ تک درمیانی تیز آنچ پر پکائیں ۔ ڈش تیار ہے
