Kanda poha is so wholesome and tasty that you can make it any time of the day. As breakfast super or a simple snack.
Cooking Instructions

Heat the oil in a deep nonstick pan add peanuts deep fry in medium hot oil strain and take out it in a bowl.

Now add capsicum, potato, tomato.
- 3
Add poha, turmeric powder, salt, red chili powder
- 4
Coriander powder, mango powder mix it well and cook for 5 mins. at medium flame.
- 5
Now add sugar, peanut mix it again. Switch off the gas. Poha is ready to Serve.
