  4. 1/4 bunchbatho
  5. 1 Pao Hari mirchan
  6. 1/2 bunchsoy
  7. 4 Tbspginger garlic paste
  8. 1 tbspsalt
  9. Butter
  10. 1 cupmakkai Ka ata
  11. For Tarka:
  12. 1 cupDesi ghee
  13. 2 tbspgarlic chop
  14. 4sabut gol mirch

    Saag palak methi batho soy achy say saf kar k cut karein

  2. 2

    Or bht achy say wash kar Lain running water mein

  3. 3

    Ik Mati ki handi me ye sub daln n Pani Dal k boil karein

  4. 4

    Jub boil ay Pani drain kar k new pani add karein

  5. 5

    Phr green chillies add karein

  6. 6

    Or sath hi ginger garlic b add karein

  7. 7

    30 to 40 mins cook karein

  8. 8

    Phr sath hi makkai Ka ata add karein

  9. 9

    Or achy say ghoata lan

  10. 10

    K bilkul paste si bujnjai

  11. 11

    End pa salt add karein

  12. 12

    Phr Tarka k liya desi ghee garam ken

  13. 13

    Garlic add kar k us ko golden karein

  14. 14

    Sath hi sabut gol mirch add karein

  15. 15

    Or saag pa bhagar da Dan
    Ready ha saag

  16. 16

    Sarso Ka saag pa upper butter add kar k serve karein
