Ingredients

  1. half kgLamb Mince (you can also take mutton or beef)
  2. 2 tbspLamb fat
  3. 2 tbspGarlic crushed
  4. 1Onion medium chopped
  5. 1 Capsicum green
  6. 1 Capsicum red medium size
  7. 4-5Small size red 🌶️
  8. leavesMint
  9. 1 tbspCumin Seed roasted and crushed
  10. cBlack pepper roasted
  11. 1 tspRoasted crushed red chilli flakes or more as per spice you
  12. half tspAll spice powder
  13. 1 tbspSmoked paprika powder
  14. Salt to taste
  15. 2 tbspLemon juice
  16. 2Bread
  17. 4 tbspCorn flour
  18. 2 tbspOil
  19. Coal for smoke
  20. 2 tbspBBQ sauce
  21. Coal for smoke
  22. halfEgg
  23. Butter for grilling

Steps

  1. 1

    Drain all water from mince then chopperize it once.
    Chopped onion, capsicum chillies and corrainder leaves very finely.
    Soak bread in water. Drain all excess water.

  2. 2

    In a mixing bowl take mince add soak bread and chopped veggies.
    Add roasted and crushed spice, oil, corn flour and half beaten egg.
    Cover and refrigerate for two hours.
    Dip wooden skewers in water for half an hour.

  3. 3

    Skewers marinated mince and give a desire shape.
    Pre heat the grill on medium high flame and brush with oil.
    Place the skewers on grill and cook for 3 to 5 minutes flip and cook on other side. Grill the Kebabs until they turns to golden brown.

  4. 4

    Burn coal and give coal smoke to your kebab for Smoky flavor.

    These kebabs taste so well with fresh salad and beaten creamy yogurt dip.
