Cooking Instructions

Take a bowl, add grated radish, coriander leaves, lemon juice, green chili.

Now add salt, coriander powder, Red chili flakes, turmeric powder and black pepper or you can adjust the spices according to your taste.

Now mix All the Ingredients.our mixture is ready set aside.

Take dough and make small size of ball.

Roll out the dough into round shape and set aside.

Roll out another dough and spread some oil and place the mixture then place another round Dough on top,seal edges and roll out carefully with the help of rolling pin

Heat griddle and place rolled paratha on it,fry from both sides with ghee/oil.

Your mooli paratha is ready.
