Ingredients

  1. 2 cupswhey (lassi)
  2. 1/2 cupBaisan
  3. 1 tsphaldi
  4. 1 tspred chilli
  5. 1 tspsalt
  6. 1/2 tspajwain
  7. Pakora ingredients
  8. 1 cupBaisan
  9. 3/4 tspsalt
  10. 3/4 tspcrushed red pepper
  11. 1 1/2 tbspcrushed dhania /zeera
  12. 1/2 tspgaram masala powder
  13. 1/2 tspchat masala
  14. Pinchbaking soda
  15. 1/2 tspajwain
  16. 3 tbspfresh coriander chopped
  17. 3-4spring onions sliced
  18. 1/2green chillies chopped
  19. Tarka
  20. 1/4 cupoil
  21. 1 tspcumin seeds
  22. 3-4button red chillies
  23. 1-2fresh curry leaves

Cooking Instructions

    Take whey/lassi n put in a pan.Make a smooth paste of Baisan by adding water accordingly with all ingredients and add to that pan stirring well.

    Put the pan on stove and let it cook for about 1 to 1 1/2 hour.

    Cook on medium low flame till it becomes nice n bubbly.

    Mix all the ingredients of pakora by adding water n fry separately n set aside.

    When curry becomes thick add in pakoras n prepare tarka...top on the curry...sprinkle garam masala n chopped green coriander n serve hot with rice /roti.
