Hey everyone hope your ramdan is going Well. Remember us in your special prayers. Today I tried mini cheesy bread pockets , But due to busy schedule and little toddlers it is much difficult for me to share everything I tried . But now I am sharing this recipe, hope you like it.

Ingredients

  1. slicesBread
  2. 2large boiled potatoes
  3. Halfcup shredded mozzarella cheese
  4. salt to taste
  5. halfts black pepper
  6. halfts red chili flakes
  7. halfcup cream/ mayonnaise (optional)
  8. oil for frying
  9. halfcup milk
  10. halfcup bread crumbs
  11. 1egg

Cooking Instructions

    Cut bread slices in your desired shape and set aside

    Now mash boiled potatoes and all stuffing ingredients in it and mix well

  3. 3

    Dip the bread slices in milk and then squeeze.

  4. 4

    Now add stuffing in the bread and cover with 2nd bread slice and press the corners

  5. 5

    Beat egg

  6. 6

    Dip the bread pockets in egg and then coat with bread crumbs

  7. 7

    Refrigerate the pockets for at least 30 mints, then deep fry in hot oil.

    Enjoy with mint chutney or ketchup
