Ingredients

6 to 8 servings

1 canevaporated milk
6eggs
6 3/4 ozcream cheese (about 190 grams)
1 cupsugar or 1 can sweetened condensed milk
Vanilla to taste
Stale bread to taste

Steps

Soak the bread with the can of evaporated milk.

Blend the eggs, cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla, then gradually add the soaked bread.

Cook in a water bath for 1 hour on the stove or in the oven.

Make a caramel with a little sugar.

Let it rest for 10 minutes and then unmold.
