Ingredients

  1. 1 kgPalak (spinach)
  2. 2 tbspchopped onion
  3. 3 clovesgarlic chopped
  4. 1 tspCrushed roasted cumin seeds
  5. 1 tspCoriander powder
  6. Salt to taste
  7. 1 tspRed chilli powder or chilli flakes
  8. 1/2 tspGrren chilli paste
  9. 1/4 cupOil or butter
  10. Cottage cheese fried as required
  11. 1/2 cupCream

Cooking Instructions

    First cut n wash palak (spinach) then blanch it for 5 mints, drain out the water and make puree in blender.

    Heat oil in a pan add chopped onion n garlic saute for 2 mints when onion turns transparent then add green chilli paste and all the spices mentioned above add lil amount of water and let the spices cook for 2 minutes

    Now add spinach puree followed by cream and let it simmer for more 5 mints

    Meanwhile stir fry cottage cheese cubes in a different pan...dish out the spinach and garnish with cottage cheese and enjoy with your choice of roti 😊.

    Tip:never cover the lid while cooking spinach to maintain its greenish colur I don't like the raw green colour but its all about your choice
