For a healthy breakfast I prefer to take Less oily and baked items. Which are necessary for health & nourishment.
Here is one of my favorite recipe inspired by @ST_Kitchen123 (another version of banana bread is in her kitchen too).
So with little bit changing I made it and my family love to take in breakfast or with evening tea too.

Ingredients

1 hour approx
4-5 servings
  1. 2Eggs
  2. 1/2 cupsugar
  3. 1/2 cupbrown sugar
  4. 1/2tesp vanilla essence
  5. 1/3 cupoil
  6. 1/4 cupmilk
  7. 4ripe bananas mashed
  8. 2 cupsall-purpose flour
  9. 1tesp baking soda
  10. Pinchsalt
  11. 1/4 cupchopped walnuts
  12. 1/4 cupChocolate chips
  13. 1/4 cupraisins

Cooking Instructions

    Add eggs in a bowl with both of sugar (white & brown).
    Add vanilla powder (can use vanilla essence). Beat it till sugar dissolved.

    Mashed the ripe bananas and add into eggs mixture. Mix well.

    Now add sifted all-purpose flour and baking soda in it. Lightly mix.

    Add milk in in it. Then add flour coated raisins (with coating of flour, raisins couldn't be sink in it). Then add half of walnuts in it.

    Mix well with light hands and pour into greased loaf mould. Topped with remaining chopped walnuts. Bake at 170° for about 45-50 minutes. (After 30 minutes add chocolate chips on top, with this method it couldn't burnt).

    Tasty banana bread is ready slice it & enjoy, can serve with vanilla ice cream or cream cheese frosting 💕
