Easy and simple coconut biscuits

It's my first attempt of making these coconut biscuits and I was really afraid how it would turn out...
Honestly it turned out great ☺️
I am going to share the basic ratio or ingredients you can double or triple them according to the quantity you desire.

Flour:sugar:ghee/butter: dessicated coconut

Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsflour
  2. 1 cupdessicated coconut
  3. 1 cuppowdered sugar
  4. 1 cupmelted ghee / butter
  5. 1 tspbaking powder
  6. 3 tbsliquid milk or as required
  7. Extra coconut for coating

Cooking Instructions

    Beat ghee and powdered sugar for few minutes to get a creamy texture.

    Then seived in flour and baking powder and mix well to form a crumble dough.

    Now add in dessicated coconut and milk and knead until all ingredients cooperate.

    If it is too much dry then 1 or 2 tbs more milk.
    Now make small balls and slightly flatten them.

    Coat evenly in dessicated coconut and bake in preheated patila at slow flame for about 30 minutes until nice light golden colour achieve.

    Let them cool at room temperature then serve.
