I love to eat tomatoes (each type).
SALADS are love ❤ full of flavours, rich in nutrition, healthy, soft, chewy,crunchy or what not.... seasoning of your choice and here you go.... I used rainbow tomatoes to make this salad. You can use any type of beans. I used tins of beans.

Ingredients

15-45 minutes
4-6 persons
  1. 1 1/2 cupChickpeas(Garbanzo beans) (boiled)
  2. 1 1/2 cupCannellini beans (boiled)
  3. 1 1/2 cupAzduki beans (boiled)
  4. 350-400 gmTomatoes
  5. Onion/cucumber optional
  6. 1/2 cupFresh coriander leaves
  7. Seasoning
  8. 5-6 tbspFresh lemon juice
  9. 1Sweet chilli dipped into vinegar(1/2 cup)
  10. Salt to taste
  11. 1 tspBlack pepper powder
  12. 1 tbspHoney/sugar

Cooking Instructions

15-45 minutes
  1. 1

    In a bowl mix 3 types of beans and sliced tomatoes.

    In a measuring glass add freshly squeezed juice, sweet chilli (chopped) dipped into vinegar, honey,salt and pepper and mix well.

  3. 3

    Pour this tangy seasoning over the beans and tomatoes and fold gently.

  4. 4

    Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and cherry tomatoes.
