Tofu Steak With Ground Meat Sauce

I just put some ingredients that were cheap at the supermarket together, and the results were really delicious! I wrote it down as a recipe so that I could re-create it myself.

Tofu falls apart easily, so it's best to use a firm type of tofu. Don't forget to drain off the water very well! For 2 servings. Recipe by naganyo
