Ingredients

  1. 11-12deseeded Dates
  2. 1/4 cupDessicated Coconut
  3. 1/2 cupWater
  4. 2 tspGhee+additional for smearing
  5. 2leftover chapatis
  6. 1/4 cupnuts

Cooking Instructions

    Microwave chapati for 1-2 minutes

  2. 2

    Grind rotis to fine powder

  3. 3

    Keep roti powder aside

  4. 4

    Finely chop dates

  5. 5

    Heat 2tsp ghee, add roti powder

  6. 6

    Add nuts, saute for a minute, keep it aside

  7. 7

    Cook dates in half cup water until mushy

  8. 8

    Add roti mix to dates. mix well

  9. 9

    Saute until the mixture leaves sides. Allow to cool slightly

  10. 10

    Smear ghee on hands and make ladoos

  11. 11

    Roll ladoos over dessicated coconut

  12. 12

    Serve Immediately or store in airtight container
