Cooking Instructions

Cut the beef into good sized pcs. Heat in a medium sized pot and add washed beef to it

Add salt and fry the beef until has browned up.Add water and cover the pot

When tender,drain excess water which is beef stock into a separate jug (do not discard)set aside

Add 2tspn oil to the meat in the pot. Add onions and fry for 2mins
- 5
Add blended tomato and stir,cook for about 2mins
- 6
Add the drained beef stock water and 2tspn soup powder
- 7
Pour the mixture into the beef and cover the pot cook for 5mins. It can be served with spaghetti rice potato
