  1. 1 bunchfenugreek leaves
  2. 1 bowlgreen peas
  3. 1onion finely chopped
  4. 2green chillies chopped
  5. 1 spoonginger - garlic paste
  6. as per tasteSalt
  7. 1/4 spoonturmeric powder
  8. 1/2 spoonred chilli powder
  9. 1 spoonsugar
  10. 2 spoonsoil
  11. 10-12cashews soaked in water
  12. 1/2 spooncumin seeds
  13. 1/2 spoongaram masala powder
  14. 1 cupmalai/fresh cream

    Clean, wash and chopped fenugreek leaves.

    Grind cashews to make a fine paste.

  3. 3

    Now heat a pan put oil, cumin when they splutter then add green chilli and ginger - garlic paste saute till raw smell goes away.

    Add chopped onion and saute until translucent then add cashew paste, salt and turmeric mix well.

  5. 5

    Now add fengureek leaves and green peas mix well cover it and cook for 10 minutes on slow flame.

    Stir occasionally.

    After 10 mins put malai and garam masala powder mix well and cook for another 3-4 mins.
