  1. Protein
  2. 500-700 grwhole gurame (bought frozen)
  3. 1 inchthinly sliced ginger
  4. 1stalk lemon grass
  5. Pouring sauce
  6. 2 tspof knorr chicken
  7. 100 mlof warm water
  8. 2stalk of lemongrass
  9. 10cloves of finely chopped garlic
  10. 1/4 cupof lime juice
  11. 1large chili or 5 bird's eye chilies
  12. 5green chilli padi
  13. 1stalk of chives thinly sliced or corriander leaves
  14. 3 tbspof fish sauce
  15. 3 tbspof sugar
  16. Adjust ingredients to suite your taste profile

Cara Membuat

    Boil water in large steamer on high heat.

    Wash fish and sliced flesh to bone, stuffef eith sluced ginger. Please lemongrass stalk in fish belly. Put on a plate and steam for 15 mins on high heat.

    Make sauce while steaming fish. Dissolve knorr and sugar in warm water. Add other herbs and chilies into the water. Adjust taste to preference.

    Once fish is done steaming, take out using a spoon to pour sauce on sliced flesh area and onto the side of the plate. Serve hot and enjoy.
