Eclair Squares Eclair Squares
He told me that I have to use Duncan Hines Dark Chocolate Fudge for the brownie mix and Jell-o's Cook & Serve Vanilla for the vanilla pudding mix! So I made it like he said this time. Sometimes I put some brandy in as well, even though it's not listed in the ingredients... I think these eclair squares may be a little too sweet for Japanese tastes, but it seems that Americans would love it.Since this recipe is basically just mixing and baking, there aren't really any real tricks to it. I tend to add 2-3 teaspoons brandy to the brownie mix and 1/2-1 teaspoon to the vanilla pudding to give the eclairs a nice aroma. Recipe by Mama Imani cookpad.japan -

This is a delicious cake and reminds me of the strawberry crunch eclair bars I would buy as a kid from the ice cream man. There is other ways to make this cake and have strawberry ice cream as your middle layer but this way is just as delicious! Chef Nena
