  1. Stew Ingredients
  2. 2 lbLean Cubed Lamb
  3. 1/4 cupVegetable Oil
  4. 1/2 cupFlour
  5. 1/4 tspPepper
  6. 1 tspSalt
  7. 1 cupWater
  8. 1 cupGuinness Beer
  9. 2Bay Leaves
  10. 1 tspDried Thyme
  11. 2Carrots Peeled & Sliced
  12. 1 packagesPearl Onions
  13. 4Potatoes Peeled & Sliced
  14. 1 cupSliced Mushrooms

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    In a large Skillet or Dutch Oven heat oil on Medium heat until jot

  2. 2

    Combine Flour, Salt, Pepper and coat the lamb cubes

  3. 3

    Lightly brown the lamb cubes

  4. 4

    In a 6 quart crock-pot combine the remaining ingredients, including the lamb cubes

  5. 5

    Season with additional Salt and/or Pepper to taste

  6. 6

    Cover and cook on Low for 10-12 hrs. Stir occassionally
