Ingredients

  • 1 lbfish cut into 1/2 inch cubes*
  • 1 1/2 cuplime juice
  • 1non reactive dish
  • 1salt to taste
  • 1medium red onion cut into quarters thinly slice longways
  • 2aji yellow peppers diced finely

Steps

  1. 1

    Put cubed fish into nonreative dish mix in thinly sliced onions salt and lime juice mix well cover with plastic wrap. refrigerate for at least 1 hour but no more than 3 hours it's best when fresh.

    Needs to be a white fish sushi grade can add shrimp or substitute shrimp for fish the smaller the cubes of fish the quicker the "cooking" time. white wine about 1/4cup can be used with the lime juice.

    Can be served with sweet potatoes or choclo a white Peruvian corn kernels are about the size of dimes.
