粉漿比例(約2-3人份)
太白粉:中筋麵粉:水=1:3:5
另外還要加一顆蛋、鹽巴少許、白胡椒粉少許、蔥花適量 - 2
粉漿常溫的狀態,放入有少量油的熱鍋,小火煎好盛起來

高麗菜+玉米+蛋,攪拌好後入油鍋

餅皮覆蓋餡料後,用鍋鏟輕壓,讓皮與料黏著,翻面將皮煎脆,放上火腿後捲起就可以吃囉
