日式汁燒牛肉卷 Japanese beef roll

預備食材

  1. 肥牛 10片beef slices
  2. 秋葵 10條 lady fingers
  3. 紅蘿蔔 1條 carrot
  4. 生粉 2湯匙 cornstarch
  5. 黑胡椒粉 1茶匙 black pepper
  6. 味醂 1.5湯匙 mirin
  7. 日式醬油 1.5湯匙 Japanese soy sauce

料理步驟

    1. 秋葵切去硬的部份,加入油煮熟Cut the hard parts of lady fingers and cook with oil

    2. 把紅蘿蔔切成秋葵一樣長度,然後切絲再煮熟Cut the carrots as long as the lady fingers, then into slices and cook

    3. 把1條秋葵及紅蘿蔔絲放在每片肥牛上,然後垂直捲一圈,再打斜捲起。Place one lady finger and carrot slices on each beef slice, wrap the first round vertically and then diagonally.

    4. 曬上生粉及黑胡椒粉Sprinkle cornstarch and black pepper on all sides

    5. 每面煎,關火後抹走多餘油份。Pan fried all sides.Turn off heat,remove excess oil

    6. 再開火,加入味醂及日本醬油Turn on heat,add mirin +Jap soy sauce

    7. 煮1分鐘,翻另一面再煮1分鐘Cook 1 min, flip over for 1 more min

    8. 灑上芝麻及倒入醬汁 Sprinkle sesame and sauce.
