忌廉白汁蜆肉意大利粉 忌廉白汁蜆肉意大利粉
雪藏蜆肉加忌廉汁配意大利粉是全家的心靈美食,小小的蜆肉反而更適合,自家煮的西餐材料足,百吃不厭。訣竅提示**忌廉汁一般會用上淡忌廉,不過實在脂肪量不少,我只用牛奶煮汁,牛奶可選低脂的,當然最香最稠要算用忌廉,之後是全脂奶,再次一點是低脂奶。**如果只煮白汁,我會在煮汁至差不多完成後加芝士碎,不過因為要用白汁煮蜆,為防蜆殼黏附太多汁量,所以芝士碎稍後再加。食後感想忌廉汁跟芝士配合令汁更濃,令意粉更入味。原文出處:https://rosemaglive.blogspot.com/2016/08/spaghetti-with-clams-in-cream-sauce.html 花旗煮婦 (rose-mag) -
