Ingredients

  1. 1 cuppitted dates
  2. 1/2 cupdried apricots
  3. Yogurt
  4. Honey if required

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Soak dried apricots in water for 30 mins.Take soft pitted dates.If the dates are not soft soak in water along with apricots.

  2. 2

    In a blender add in dates apricots & chilled yoghurt. Blend together to form smoothie.Add honey if required. I didn't.Serve chilled with apricot pieces on top.
