Ingredients

5 minutes
  1. 2ripe bananas
  2. 2yakult (or yogurt)
  3. 1and half spoon of honey
  4. cubesice

Cooking Instructions

5 minutes
  1. 1

    Peel and cut bananas

  2. 2

    Put all ingredients to mixer (i used shake&take)

  3. 3

    Run the mixer until all ingredients become smooth

  4. 4

    Ready to drink, cold is better..
