    In a pan add in little oil, then add in sliced onions and allow to saute for 1 minutes, add in garlic and the bell peppers, then stir fry for 2 minutes, add in Seasoning cubes and the spices then fry and allow to cook, add in chicken stock and allow to cook for 5 minutes. Enjoy
