Ingredients

  1. 3 cupscorn flour
  2. 2 tspsalt
  3. 2 tspsugar
  4. 1 1/2 tspyeast
  5. 1 1/4 cupwater

Cooking Instructions

    Mix 1cup water, sugar and yeast.

    Mix flour and salt

  3. 3

    Add yeat water to flour and mix

  4. 4

    Add the 1/4 cup of water if needed.

  5. 5

    Kneading

  6. 6

    Cover and keep till double size

  7. 7

    If no kneading method, fold over every 1/2 hour.

  8. 8

    Preheat oven 190c.

  9. 9

    Keep for 15-20 min
