Ingredients

  1. 1butternut squash,halved
  2. 6brown cap mushrooms chopped
  3. 1tomato finely chopped
  4. 1/2 clovegarlic crushed
  5. 1shallot finely chopped
  6. 1chunk Manchego Sheep cheese
  7. 1 pincheach salt and pepper
  8. 2 tbspbutter

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Cut the squash into half,remove seeds.

  2. 2

    Take all other ingredients,except the cheese and slowly fry until onion is almost soft.

  3. 3

    Spoon mixture into hollow of squash, cover with cheese slices and roast on medium heat in preheated oven until squash is soft.Make some cuts into squash and add some butter.
