Sometimes, we don't have much and still want to eat a good meal. Today, I had celery leaves and chicken breasts and no other veggies. So this was a pure experiment and I loved it!!!!,

Sometimes, we don't have much and still want to eat a good meal. Today, I had celery leaves and chicken breasts and no other veggies. So this was a pure experiment and I loved it!!!!,
Cooking Instructions

Cut the chicken breasts into cubes of equal sizes.

Marinate the chicken with paprika and cornflour. Add a little water and make sure the chicken gets nicely coated.

Now in a sizable pan, heat the vegetable oil and bring it to a smoking point.

Add all the chicken pieces and fry till it turns golden brown and becomes crispy. You will get a nuggets like consistency. Take the entire chicken out of the oil.

In the same oil add the ginger-garlic paste and let it cook for a minute.

Now add the onions and fry till the onions become translucent.

Add celery and mix well with the onions.

Add the spices i.e. cayenne pepper, ground black pepper and mix well.

Add the fried chicken pieces and mix well along with the green chillies, lemon juice and the celery leaves.

Add salt and mix everything well and serve while hot.
