  • 1/4finely diced onion
  • 1/2 cupbasalmic vinager
  • 1/2 cupparm cheese
  • 1/4 cupfresh garlic
  • 1 tbsppepper
  • 1 tspsalt

  1. 1

    combine all ingredients in a bowl. Make patties. Let set in fridge for an hr so the fats can hold it together otherwise the will fall apart.

  2. 2

    I like to put Bacon and blue cheese on top.
