1/4finely diced onion
1/2 cupbasalmic vinager
1/2 cupparm cheese
1/4 cupfresh garlic
1 tbsppepper
1 tspsalt

combine all ingredients in a bowl. Make patties. Let set in fridge for an hr so the fats can hold it together otherwise the will fall apart.

I like to put Bacon and blue cheese on top.
