Pony's Winter Vegetable Hungarian Goulash

Dice Onion & Garlic

Dice Braising Beef and coat in flour

In a large saucepan, heat oil.

Add onion and garlic. Cook until translucent.

Add flour coated diced beef. Cook to seal only.

Add beef stock, paprika and tomato puree.

Add diced winter vegetables. Mix until all covered.

Simmer on low heat for 2.5 hours or until tenderly cooked stirring occassionally.

Season with Salt & Pepper. Served best with Mashed Potatos!
