Steps

Remove hard skin of jackfruit seeds and cut into thin slices.

Add 1 cup water, salt and turmeric powder in seeds and pressure cook for 2 whistles.

Heat oil in pan add mustard seeds when splutter add chilli paste, coriander powder, coriander leaves, asafoetida and saute on medium flame for 2 minutes.

Add seeds and cover lid and cook for 4-5 minutes on low flame, stir occasionally.
