Keep ur evaporated milk in the refrigerator or freezer for 3-4 hrs.

Empty it into a bowl,without allowing it 2 cool down use a mixer nd mix fast.

In the process pause n add sugar and flavour mix again until it starts thickening.

Return it 2 freezer n keep for 1hr.

Bring it out n mix again u will get ur desired consistency,den u do ur final freezing n serve.
