Steps

Add ur yeast into a half cup of warm water nd mix,add d sugar n stir.

Mix in the margarine into flour,until fully incorporated.

Add egg yolk n leave egg white aside for egg wash,pour in ur sugar n yeast mixture n mix 2 form a soft dough.

Cover it n allow 2 rise for 2hrs or thereabout.

Knead dough for 15-20mins n mould into balls wt ur palm.

Open the centre n pour in meat filling n cover up n mould again into ball shape n arrange on baking tray n cover wt a towel n allow it to rise again for 15mins.

Use pastry brush 2 egg wash wt ur egg white nd top with groundnut or sesame seeds.

Put into ur alrdy pre heated oven nd bake.
