Stir fry garlic puree, onions peppers mushrooms etc on high heat with oil for 5 mins, wait for onions to soften (clearly way)

Put 250g steak mince in sepperate pan with oil and garlic purree on medium heat. Break it up. Turn up a bit to get water to evaporate when almost done. Done when mince is all brown, no pink

Add packet to l cold water to seasoning. Add mince to veg on low heat to mix. Add half can of pasata. Bring to the boil and simmer with lid on for 20 min
