Ingredients

3-4 peoplle
  • 2onions
  • 1 canplum tomatoes
  • 2red shito
  • 900 gchopped spinach
  • agushi (blended pumpkin seeds)
  • seasoning of your choice
  • palm oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Put on the on the heat and add 1 finely chopped tomato.

  2. 2

    When fully fried, blend the other onion and plum tomatoes and add it to the pot.

  3. 3

    Then, add the agushi mixed with water to the mixture.

  4. 4

    Let it boil on the heat for about 10 mins, with stirs imbetween.

  5. 5

    Add your seasoning to taste.

  6. 6

    Next, add the spinach and let it sit for 15-25 mins while it cooks, with stirs imbetween.
