Moong Dal fritters/ Mangodi

Firstly soak green split Moong dal overnight in water or for 7 - 8 hours. And rub it slightly,so that the skin can peel off and wash again 2 times.
Drain the water completely from the moong dal.and blend the green Moong dal into a coarse paste without adding any water. the batter should be thick.. - 2
Add all the ingredients..and mix well..

Take a kadahi, heat oil and deep fry the Moong Dal mangodi/ Fritters till light golden brown & crisp on low to medium flame.

Take them out and place them in an absorbent paper..Serve them with any chutney or tomato ketchup or have it with tea..Enjoy
