For marination..take a bowl in that add hung curd and then one by one add all dry masala and salt.

Now add 1 tbs oil and 1 tbs lemon juice.

Mix all the ingredients very well and make smooth paste.

Now add all the veggies cubes in that coat with the paste well.

Cover and keep it in refrigerator for 30 mins.

After 30 mins..take it out and give them a good mix again.

Now take the skewers and start arranging all the veggies one by one.

Prepare all these with same procedure.

Heat up a pan with 3 tbs oil.

Now place all the prepared skewers nicely.

Cook them from all the sides by turning them frequently.

When it changes it's colour and becomes crisp from outer layer then it's done..

Take them out in a serving plate garnish with some coriander leaves sprinkle some chat masala and enjoy these restaurant style Yummilicious paneer tikka at home..
