After extracting the juice from the palm fruits, pour into the cooking pot and add salt to taste, crayfish, pepper, maggi, cow hyde, already cooked goat meat, stock fish and already cooked periwinkle and cover the pot and allow it to cook for 15mins, then stir it and taste to confirm all seasonings are in place, then cover the pot to cook for another 10mins then add the already shredded atama leaf and allow it to cook for 5mins, stir it and allow to cook for 5mins then put off the gas cooker
