Steps

Dissolve Sugar in 1/2 cup of lukewarm water and add yeast into it.Keep it in warm place. Now add flour,Salt and oil and knead to a soft dough with the luKEwarm water.Cover with wet cloth and leave to rise in a warm place.

When it rise, punch and knead again and leave to rise again. When it rise for the second time knead a bit and like a bread.Keep it into a greased baking tin.

Brush with the milk and bake in the pre heated oven for 40-45 minutes. Take the tin out of the oven and when cool remove the loaf of bread.

Slice into 1/4 inch thick slice and again bake in an oven 300F-150C till they turn light brown and crisp. Enjoy with tea or coffee.
