Cut your Irish potatoes and wash them cook until soft then mash it.grind your scotch bonnet and onion then mix

Mix the mashed potatoes with the grinded scotch bonnet and onion then mix add your spices and little curry powder

Mix your egg with curry powder and onion spices and salt then heat your pan add veg oil.then mold your mashed Irish to small balls and deep inside the egg then fry.serve with tea or soft drink
