Ingredients

  • 1 canHunts diced or petite tomatoes with basil and oregano
  • 2egg lands best eggs
  • 2 tbspfresh parmesan
  • 1 slicetoast

Steps

  1. 1

    Put one can basil diced/petite tomatoes in skillet.

    Reduce liquid for a few minutes.

  3. 3

    Make small holes for eggs

  4. 4

    Crack two eggs in holes.

  5. 5

    Put small amount of Parmesan cheese on outside, white part of eggs.

  6. 6

    Place lid on skillet, lower heat to medium. Let cook for 5 minutes or until whites are solid.
