Ingredients

  1. 1 canHunts diced or petite tomatoes with basil and oregano
  2. 2egg lands best eggs
  3. 2 tbspfresh parmesan
  4. 1 slicetoast

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Put one can basil diced/petite tomatoes in skillet.

  2. 2

    Reduce liquid for a few minutes.

  3. 3

    Make small holes for eggs

  4. 4

    Crack two eggs in holes.

  5. 5

    Put small amount of Parmesan cheese on outside, white part of eggs.

  6. 6

    Place lid on skillet, lower heat to medium. Let cook for 5 minutes or until whites are solid.
