  • 2 bagsGreen Giant zucchini noodles
  • 1 jarCucina Antica Tomato Basil
  • 1 lbbaby poblano mushrooms
  • 1/2white onion
  • 1 tbspCountry crock light butter

Steps

  1. 1

    1 tbsp butter in skillet.

    Add mushrooms

    Once mushrooms start to cook, add diced onions.

    Once onions and mushrooms are soft, add sauce.

    Microwave and drain Zoodles

    Add salt to taste to sauce.

    Serve like spaghetti. Add red chili flakes for spice.
