In mixing jar take banana, add sugar, maida, milk, suji, green cardamom powder, crushed fennel seeds and grind them altogether and keep aside for 3 to 4 hour, the consistency should be poured not too pourey.

In a pan take sugar, water,cardamom powder, crushed fennel, little salt and boil them for 10 min, don't boil excess, after it's rise flip and cook the other side.

In an other pan(take wide surfaced) take enough oil heat it on medium flame.

Take the prepared batter add little salt mix well then take ladle full of it and pour in the oil wait for 2min it will be risen up don't flip immediately.

Cook both the sides to brown like shown in the picture then remove from the oil and immediately put in the sugar solution and keep it for 1-2min, the sugar solution must be warm or keep the sugar solution on low flame and add the malpuas.

After all done cool it, sprinkle some sliced pistachios over it and serve.

Note: make the sugar solution in a wide pan so that all the malpuas dipped properly or you can do it one after one.
