Cut chicken breast into long thin slices,

In a bowl add sliced chicken, egg, salt, ketchup, soysauce and the rest spices, mix and refrigerate for 30mins.

Mix all the powdered ingredients together, coat each slice of chicken and set in a try.

Deep fry until golden brown. And enjoy with any dipping of your choice.
