Steps

Take a bowl for making mixture. Take besan, curt,red chilli and termuric powder and mix it well and add 2 glasses of water

Heat the kadhai and pour some oil in it and add methi dana, jeera and put the chopped lobhia and let it cook for 5 mins and then put the besan batter in the kadhai. mix it well and it cook for 25 mins and during it add salt as per our taste.

Take a mini fry pan for tadka. Pour oil in it and add rai,hing, curry leaves and red chilli and break it into 3/4 pieces. And add the tadka in the curry.

Serve it hot with rice.
