Bacon Ricotta Pasta
Sometimes you just need a hearty pasta meal
Steps

Preheat oven to 180°C

Boil water and add a little bit of oil to prevent pasta from sticking. Boil and strain into baking dish.

Melt butter / oil in a pan. Chop onion and garlic and fry until golden brown and soft

Fry the bacon until brown and crispy.

Chop the mushrooms and fry until soft.

Heat 1 can of tomato relish / sauce. Pour over pasta.

Pour the ricotta cheese into the pan and heat (do not boil). Add baby spinach to the cheese and mix together.

Mix all ingredients together and sprinkle with cheese. Bake for about 15min (just until the cheese melts.

Garnish with fresh basil and serve hot.
